Your role:
As an independent consultant in the field of process and project management, you will be an important partner in our network. You will support our customers in the implementation and optimisation of business processes using our innovative Eptacon Process Improvement Suite.
Your tasks:
Modelling/recording of business processes to create transparency through visualisation
Implementation and moderation of process optimisation workshops with relevant external stakeholders and process participants
Moderation of meetings and coordination using digital media
Use of our own BPI software
Preparation of results and creation of presentations, minutes and process documentation as well as presentation of work results to customers
Support in advising the respective specialist departments and customers
Your profile:
Degree in business administration or a comparable qualification.
Experience in process management, especially in process modelling and visualisation.
Experience with BPMN helpful
Confident demeanour and strong communication skills.
Experience in moderation and presentation.
Confident use of Office software and good command of English.
Flexibility and the ability to work independently.
